Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 60% deposit or credit for a future booking. Cancellations notified between 21 and 30 days prior to arrival receive a credit for a future booking. Cancellations notified within 20 days of arrival receive no refund of deposit
Fire Season Policy
During the summer months, we reserve the right to cancel bookings on a 'code red' or 'extreme' fire rating day if it is not safe to come into the area, and you will be contacted prior to your arrival if this unsual occurance is imminent. Deposits may be held for a future reservation or refunded if required.
Similarly, we reserve the right to request a guest to end their stay early on a 'code red' or 'extreme' fire rating day if it is not safe to stay. The remaining tariff may be held for a future reservation or refunded if required.
